Our postcard content policy
Postcards are publicly visible during mailing. All printed images and messages must be suitable for general audiences. We reject explicit or sexually suggestive material, nudity, graphic violence, threats, hateful or harassing content, and other prohibited mail content.
In the Phase 1 MVP, a content rejection does not enter a human review queue. Three consecutive moderation rejections restrict the account from creating additional postcards until support restores access.
This development app uses Grok text/vision checks on the server. General-purpose AI classification is not production-certified. Human review and verified abuse controls are not yet implemented.
We couldn't approve your submissions.
After three consecutive content rejections, new postcard creation has been disabled. Please email our support team to request assistance.
